Awardco is reimagining the workplace to be more rewarding, supportive, and fun for everyone. This seasonal Customer Support position runs from September 2026 through February 2027. Shifts available:
Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, and Mon-Fri 6am-2pm.
You will fulfill client orders and aid in support tickets, work directly with platform users to answer questions and resolve issues, and communicate with clients via email, chat, and phone. Expect to ensure client satisfaction in every interaction.
