DescriptionThe assistant superintendent focused on people, culture, and talent works collaboratively with other team members to foster workforce excellence, employee capacity, and organizational culture to create conditions and cultivate capacity so that genuine learning thrives in all schools. Primary responsibilities include human resources, recruitment and retention, employee relations, leadership, staff wellness & benefits, and substitute & talent pipelines. They will also supervise about 5 schools to stay integrally involved in and support schools.
This is a cabinet position that reports directly to the superintendent.
Credentials, education and experience
- Master s degree required
- Appropriate administrator license authorizing service as an administrator/supervisor required.
