We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR department and help deliver an exceptional employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities Payroll Support- Assist with the preparation and processing of semi-monthly payroll.
- Maintain accurate employee records, time-off balances, and personnel files.
- Perform timecard audits and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Calculate commissions, bonuses, and other incentive compensation.
- Process payroll changes including deductions, direct deposits, and other employee updates.
- Coordinate job postings, interviews, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.
- Send and track offer letters and onboarding paperwork.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate employee technology setup and account creation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR questions.
- Assist with benefit enrollments, leave requests, employment verifications, and HR documentation.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR systems.
- Manage office supply, breakroom, and onboarding inventory.
- Support employee recognition, office events, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate performance review schedules and documentation.
- Assist with disciplinary documentation, coaching records, and performance improvement plans.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Assist with HR reporting, audits, record retention, handbook updates, and policy administration.
- Provide basic employee technology support and assist with systems administration.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of Human Resources, administrative, payroll, or recruiting experience preferred.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
