- ** Key Performance Objectives
*** Proactively source and identify qualified talent through Linked In and other search tools to support immediate hiring needs across the organization.
* Develop and manage pipelines for future hiring initiatives in key business areas, including niche or hard-to-fill positions.
* Conduct market and talent research to support recruiter and leadership efforts with relevant insights and recommendations.
* Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Collaborate with recruiters to support outreach strategies, screening coordination, and talent tracking for active requisitions.
* Assist with reporting, talent mapping, and strategic workforce planning efforts in alignment with company growth goals.
* Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the HR department.

*** Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruiting research, or HR operations.
* Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, or a willingness to quickly learn.
* Highly organized with excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects.
* Self-starter who is naturally curious, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a team environment.

*** Internship or administrative experience in a business or professional setting is a plus.
