Role Overview

We’re looking for a data-savvy powerhouse to own Rapid Reboot’s marketing performance—from turning raw numbers into actionable insights to optimizing campaigns that drive real revenue and customer growth.

You’ll dive deep into analytics across social, paid, email, SEO, and site performance; leverage AI tools daily for predictive modeling, real-time optimization, automated insights, and trend forecasting; and partner closely with our Creative Director to refine strategies, boost ROI, and scale what works in the competitive recovery/wellness space.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all channels (social media, paid ads, email campaigns, website traffic, SEO, product page conversions)—focusing on KPIs like ROI
    , CAC
    , LTV
    , engagement rates, conversion funnels, and attribution.
  • Leverage AI tools daily for advanced analysis: predictive modeling, trend forecasting, automated reporting, anomaly detection, audience/keyword insights, and real-time campaign optimization.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (using tools like Google Analytics 4 with predictive features, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, Tableau/Power BI, or AI-enhanced platforms) to track campaign effectiveness and deliver weekly/monthly insights.
  • Optimize marketing spend and tactics: identify high-performing content/assets, run A/B tests, adjust budgets dynamically, and scale winners using AI-driven signals to lower acquisition costs and maximize returns.
  • Collaborate with the owners, Creative Director, sales, and product teams to inform content strategy—e.g., using AI insights to determine which athlete stories, demos, or formats convert best and how to iterate for better performance.
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking (pixels, UTM parameters, event tracking) for precise attribution across channels.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis in athletic recovery/wellness to benchmark performance and uncover AI-detectable growth opportunities.
  • Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations—turning complex data (and AI-generated outputs) into simple, strategic stories that drive team decisions.
  • Stay ahead of trends in performance marketing, digital analytics, e-commerce tools, and AI-driven optimization to keep our strategy cutting-edge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years in marketing analytics, performance marketing, digital marketing analysis, or a related data-focused role (e-commerce, fitness/wellness, health-tech, or DTC brands preferred).
  • Proven experience using AI tools in marketing analytics (e.g., predictive features in Google Analytics 4/Meta, AI-driven forecasting in Looker/Tableau/Power BI, generative AI for insight summarization, anomaly detection, or real-time optimization platforms).
  • Strong proficiency with analytics and reporting tools:
    Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI, or similar AI-enhanced platforms.
  • Track record of using data (and AI) to optimize campaigns—improving ROI, reducing CAC, or scaling conversions—with examples from past roles (reports, case studies, dashboards, or AI-optimized results welcome).
  • Solid understanding of digital channels (social platforms like Instagram/Tik Tok/You Tube, paid search/social, email marketing, SEO basics) and attribution models.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills with a knack for translating numbers (and AI outputs) into strategic recommendations.
