Netsuite QA​/Test Analyst

Purpose

The Net Suite Quality Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Net Suite instances. The role involves writing test scenarios, executing tests in two Net Suite environments, debugging issues, defining corrective actions, and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The candidate will work closely with various business teams and stakeholders, creating functional operational support through the Enterprise Systems applications.

• Analyze user stories and the solutions developers and administrators implement to develop and execute comprehensive testing scenarios.
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Assist in supporting two separate instances of Net Suite.
• Create detailed documentation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct post‑release and post‑implementation testing.
• Analyze user stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
• Monitor debugging process results and stay up to date with new testing tools, requirements, and strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of implementing and troubleshooting Net Suite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
• 5+ years of Net Suite ERP/CRM experience.
• Ability to be a self‑starter and work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Comfortable meeting with stakeholders and Product Owners about issues or enhancements.
• Demonstrates analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role with QA methodologies.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Ability to write test scenarios for QA and UAT testing.
• Analytical with excellent attention to detail.
• Multitask effectively and work against tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• At least 5 years relevant experience using Net Suite.
• Experience working in an Agile software development organization.
• Net Suite Certification and experience with Suitebilling and/or WMS is a plus.
