As a Manager, Commercial Sales, you will play a critical role in driving Awardco's growth by leading a team of talented Commercial Account Executives focused on expanding our presence within small to mid-sized organizations. You will leverage your leadership skills to inspire and empower your team to achieve ambitious sales goals while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. By developing and executing strategic sales plans, nurturing key client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence, you'll help deliver tailored solutions that drive employee engagement and recognition for our clients.

What You Will Do:

Team Leadership & Management
* Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Account Executives, driving individual and team performance to achieve sales targets.
* Set clear performance goals, quotas, and expectations aligned with company revenue objectives for the commercial segment.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and consultative selling techniques.
* Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture through regular feedback, coaching, and development plans. Sales Strategy & Execution
