Evolve Contract Manufacturing is hiring a full-time Mixing / Blending Lead at our supplement manufacturing facility in Lindon, Utah.
This position helps produce powdered supplement products by weighing, staging, and blending raw materials using our 70 cubic foot ribbon blender
. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience in nutraceutical, supplement, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is strongly preferred.
Our team works four 10-hour shifts per week
, giving employees a consistent three-day weekend. We are open to hiring for either day shift or swing shift depending on the candidate’s experience and availability.
- Operate and assist with powder blending using a 70 cubic foot ribbon blender
- Weigh, stage, and verify raw materials according to batch records
- Follow production instructions, SOPs, and GMP requirements
- Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe blending area
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Communicate with Production and Quality teams during batching
- Lift, move, and handle raw materials as needed
- Follow all company safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
- Help support other production areas when needed
- Previous experience in nutraceutical, supplement, food, pharmaceutical, or powder manufacturing preferred
- Experience with ribbon blenders, powder blending, or batch manufacturing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to follow written instructions and batch records
- Comfortable working in a GMP-regulated environment
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be willing to maintain high cleanliness and quality standards
- Availability for day shift or swing shift preferred

Full-time, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
