Schedule: Monday to Friday (Morning & Evening Shifts Available)
OverviewTall Hat Foods is hiring a Production Team Member to support our food manufacturing operations. This role includes operating equipment, maintaining production flow, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Assist with setup, cleaning, and basic maintenance
- Follow production schedules and instructions
- Identify and report equipment issues
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Work effectively with team members
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- 1+ year in manufacturing
- Experience with Food Production
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand for extended periods
- Climb ladders as needed
- Food production facility
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and food allergens (milk, peanuts, coconut)
