Monday–Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (10 hours per day) + Saturday & Second Shift Monday-Friday 4:30 pm to 1:00 am

We are seeking a reliable and detailed Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Mill Wright to join our Maintenance Department. Interstate Gratings offers a safe and well‑organized work environment for all employees, along with a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes biannual bonuses.

• Under limited supervision, performs complex machining operations in support of our production operations.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and determine appropriate repairs.
• Operate various types of machine tools and perform progressive machining operations for metal parts, tools and machines with close tolerances or high finish requirements.
• Fit and assemble where necessary, using machinists' hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Have familiarity with working properties of various materials. Requires a technical degree and 2+ years of experience.
• Work collaboratively with production teams to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations, proper PPE usage, and company safety protocols.
• Have strong reading and writing skills in English.

• Prior Maintenance Mechanic experience required, especially in industrial or shop environments.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, kneel, use both hands.
• And perform variety of maintenance mechanical tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

• 10-hour shift Monday through Friday + Saturday.
