We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Powders Sanitation Tech to help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant manufacturing environment.
Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, with occasional Fridays required during high volume periods.
Regular: 6:00am-4:30pm
Swing: 4:30pm-3:00am
Shifts Needed: Regular & Swing Shift
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Clean and sanitize production equipment, rooms, and food-contact surfaces.
- Prepare and use food-grade sanitizers according to company procedures.
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are properly mixed, labeled, and stored.
- Follow sanitation schedules and complete assigned cleaning tasks in a timely manner.
- Support cGMP, SQF, and food safety requirements.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Assist with general facility cleanliness and sanitation projects.
- Follow all company sanitation policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous sanitation, janitorial, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable attendance and work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and follow sanitation procedures.
- Lift 50 pounds or more as needed.
- Frequently bend, sweep, mop, and clean hard-to-reach areas.
- Work in enclosed or confined spaces when required.
- Stand and move throughout the shift.
- Perform detailed visual inspections of equipment and production areas.
