As a production associate you will be responsible for using raw and outsourced materials to make finished products for our clients.
Production AssociateFull Time Manual Labor, Lindon, UT, US
Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 hourly
Responsibilities- Learn how to make flawless ADR products
- Finish assigned work in a timely manner
- Act as a steward over the materials you use
- Communicate positively with team members, customers, and vendors
- Maintain full presence while at work
- Maintain equipment
- Comply with safety and regulatory codes
- Product quality rates (e.g., percentage of products meeting quality standards)
- Inventory turnover rates
- Equipment uptime and maintenance schedules
- Safety incidents and compliance violations
- Employee productivity and satisfaction
- PTO
- Holiday pay
- Health, dental, and vision insurance

We work 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm. There are occasional opportunities for overtime.
