Senior Embroidery Operator

Work Schedule Must be able to work Monday - Friday (weekends off)8 am - 5 pm Responsibilities and Duties Operate commercial multi-head embroidery machines

Hoop garments and products accurately

Load designs and prepare machines for production

Monitor embroidery quality throughout each production run Troubleshoot thread breaks, tension issues, and machine errors

Perform routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet Elevate quality standards

Receive and organize incoming inventory

Prepare garments and products for embroidery

Trim, inspect, fold, and package completed orders

Help maintain a clean, organized production area

Work closely with production and customer service teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications and

Skills Required:

Strong attention to detail

Dependable with excellent attendance

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods

Preferred:

Experience operating commercial embroidery equipment (Tajima)
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to prioritize multiple jobs while maintaining quality

Positive attitude and strong teamwork s
