Schuff Steel is seeking a Production Fitter-Welder to assemble and fit structural plate and mechanical materials for complex commercial, bridge, and industrial projects. You will weld in all positions, interpret blueprints, and apply heat treatment knowledge with AWS D1.1 standards.
A high school diploma or GED and successful completion of weld tests are required. Candidates should be proficient with welding procedures, layout, and inspection, and be able to maintain a clean, safe work area.
