Candy Co in Lindon, UT is seeking a Production Line Lead to provide hands-on leadership to Production Workers, ensuring daily production, sanitation, quality, and safety in accordance with GMPs and Food Safety policies.
You will coordinate workflow, mentor staff, and maintain a clean, safe line environment while monitoring line speeds, material usage, and changeovers to minimize downtime. Strong communication and coaching skills are a must.
