Influencer + Affiliate Manager

Reports To:

Director of Brand Partnerships Nutricost is seeking an Influencer & Affiliate Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by building performance-driven creator partnerships, coordinating campaigns, and expanding our affiliate programs.

Key Responsibilities Identify, recruit, and onboard high-aligning creators and affiliates, serving as their primary point of contact to build long-term relationships.

Coordinate and execute campaigns end-to-end, including affiliate links, discount codes, product gifting, and creator deliverables.

Monitor performance metrics (conversions, sales, link activity) to optimize partnerships, prepare updates, and maximize program ROI.Qualifications2–4 years of experience in influencer/affiliate marketing or social media management, ideally within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce setting.

Strong knowledge of FTC disclosure guidelines, social platforms, CRM systems, and creator platforms (e.g., Tik Tok Shop Affiliate Center, EUKA, GRIN).Outstanding relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
