General Duties:
Under the close supervision of the Management Staff, the Cashier will perform professional duties ensuring the successful operation of the Concessions and Admission Office.
Essential Job Functions:
- Personable customer service
- Working a register selling daily admission
- Preparing and selling food in the concession stands
- Answering phones and questions
- Registering participants for programs
- Light custodial duties
- Additionally, employees will be required to assist staff and perform other related work duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Must be a minimum of 16 years old to apply,
Hold a current Food Handlers Permit and First-Aid/CPR/AED Certification or able to obtain re-certification within a month of hiring.
The facility will certify in First-Aid/CPR/AED if applicant does not currently hold certification.
Experience:
No previous experience required
Must have communication skills to communicate effectively and efficiently with the guests, other staff, management, etc.
Preferred Experience:
Optional certifications and experience include other customer/food service certifications.
Schedule:
This position works a variety of different times and schedule will be determined upon hiring. Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be included.
Pay Range: $12.50/hour (Seasonal Range 1, $12.50-$16.00) DOE
