Customer Care and Sales Associate; PERM

Overview

Americana Art Enterprises, LLC in Lindon, Utah seeks a full-time Customer Care and Sales Associate.

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, and availability.
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Estimate or quote prices and delivery dates.
• Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Prepare order forms.
• Provide customers with product samples and catalogues.
• Perform administrative duties, such as manage showroom, assist with production and manufacturing, keeping sales records, and processing orders.
• Check stock levels and reorder merchandise as necessary.
• Plan, assemble, and stock product displays in showroom.
• Make recommendations to retailers regarding product displays, promotional programs, and advertising.
• Assist customers with orders, returns, and out-of-stock inventory.

Hours:

9:00am - 5:00pm; off Saturday and Sunday.

Experience:

24 months of experience as a Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative.

None.
