The hourly wage is $17 - $30 per hour, equal to or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed.

The main priority of the Deli/Bakery associates is to prepare quality products for customers, engage with customers at the service counter, move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, and maintain clean surfaces and proper food safety standards, which are critical to the team's success.
