The Customer Care Culture Coordinator plays an important role in bringing Vivint's Customer Care culture and employee experience to life through events, recognition programs, gifting, and employee engagement initiatives. This role supports the planning and execution of large-scale experiences while supporting recurring programs and key operational work streams. The Employee Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating event logistics, employee gifting and fulfillment, swag and inventory, vendor communication, and project tracking.

This role will also manage fulfillment for large employee initiatives and ongoing recognition programs, ensuring items are accurately organized, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities y will work closely with the Culture team and cross-functional partners to ensure programs are executed consistently, deadlines are met, and employees have a great experience from start to finish. This position is fully onsite at our Lindon, Utah office.

Required Skills, Experience &

Education:

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly as needs and priorities change.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with employees, business partners, and vendors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Comfortable with hands-on event support, fulfillment, and onsite responsibilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused environment.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain licensing through the State of Utah as a Burglar Alarm Company Agent.
• No compliance issues within the previous 90 days.
• Consistently meeting all current performance and behavioral expectations.

Education:

• Experience supporting events, programs, or projects from planning through execution.
• Experience supporting multiple projects, timelines, and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with vendors and cross-functional business partners.
• Experience with employee recognition, gifting, fulfillment, or similar programs.
