The Sales Administrator is an integral part of our organization and is responsible for supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth operations through strong organization, communication, and administrative support.

- Assist with maintaining sales tools & information in a multitude of places including sales decks, shared drive and customer portals.
- Update and maintain multiple vendor portals with certifications and other compliance related information
- Assist in tracking upcoming client reviews and maintaining review schedules
- Prepare and ship client samples and mockups
- Pull monthly sales reports and on an as‑needed basis
- Assist in tracking and maintaining records of new item sets, promotions, and product discontinuations to ensure visibility for sales forecasting.
- Complete documentation of complaints and provide follow‑up as needed
- Serve as a resource and point of contact for sales representatives, offering guidance, assistance, and solutions to address challenges, questions, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Self‑starter who can jump in and figure things out independently
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Works well both independently with limited supervision and in a team‑oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
- Experience maintaining sales tools and supporting a sales team
- Comfortable navigating shared drives, vendor/customer portals, and data systems
- CPG experience
- Bachelor’s degree
This job operates in an office setting with some in‑office days required.
