Construction Sales

Looking for an absolute Rock Star In sales. I have lots and lots of leads. Looking for someone who is looking for an amazing place to work with a staff to back up what they sale. We build amazing projects and want someone to join our team that has a proven sales track record. If you have not done full time sales in the remodel and basement finishing industry, please do not apply.

We are looking for someone who can work 40 to 50 hours a week or more if you want. This is not a come in when you feel like it type job. This is a very busy place with lots of upside. Proven sales track record and a super upbeat personality is a must. You need to be a great communicator with good personal skills.

Know how to earn peoples business and most important have an extensive back ground in the construction industry. I am not looking to teach you to sales. You can either sale or you can't.

You will do site visits for potential customers everyday. It will require good note taking and being able to write up a bid. You will need to know math and how to calculate percentages. You will visit sites of your current customers and walk through jobs with homeowners and leadership. You will meet with our in house interior designers and help customers make selections based on your bid.

Have fun and build cool stuff.

You will need at least 5 years in the construction industry with at least 3 years of full time sales. This is for a successful sales person. If you have had 12 sales jobs in 3 years, this is not for you.

We will provide a vehicle allowance, fuel card, expense card, holiday pay and paid time off. I will pay what you are worth. This position is a salary plus commission position. You can make every great money if you are good at sales. I am really looking for someone who knows the remodel and basement finishing space. You will need experience in this.
