Position: UPRIGHTLY – OUTSIDE SALES REP (D2D)

Uprightly is an innovative Utah company focused on long‑term solutions for spine and musculoskeletal conditions. Our foundational 45+ years of spine research and discoveries are far‑reaching into many markets. Aside from our clinical solutions that involve disc regeneration and in‑home spine rebuilding programs, we also have products for orthopedic spine protection that include sleep and seating systems.

We are currently hiring motivated Outside Sales Representatives to help expand our direct‑to‑home sales initiatives throughout Utah and surrounding states.

This is door‑to‑door sales opportunity is DIFFERENT! D2D reps use a unique Mini‑Mattress Model that creates engaging conversations with homeowners about sleep quality, comfort, spine health, and exposes the flawed mattress shopping experience.

This is NOT traditional retail mattress sales. We are looking for energetic, professional, outgoing individuals who enjoy talking with people, working independently, and earning a HANDSOME performance‑based income.

This is a performance‑based independent contractor (1099) opportunity with uncapped commission potential.

Average performers are expected to earn approximately $1,000–$2,500+ per week, while top performers may earn significantly more depending on consistency, effort, and sales ability.

Earning Example

1 sale/day (5-day work week) = $80k/year plus residuals and bonuses.

Training and sales support provided. Spots are limited. This is a ground‑floor opportunity with strong income and growth potential for the right candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Canvas residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners face‑to‑face
  • Demonstrate Uprightly science and products: i.e. the Uprightly Mini‑Mattress Model
  • Educate customers on sleep support, comfort, and adjustable mattress systems
  • Generate leads, schedule free mattress trials, and close sales onsite
  • Coordinate with delivery/install team as needed
  • Track customer interactions and follow company sales process
  • Represent the Uprightly brand professionally at all times
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners face‑to‑face
  • Self‑motivated, consistent, and dependable
  • Positive attitude with strong work ethic
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Clean and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Reliable transportation and smartphone required
  • Prior door‑to‑door, canvassing, or sales experience is a bonus but not required
  • Ideal backgrounds may include:
    • Pest control sales
    • Solar sales
    • Alarm systems
    • Roofing/home services
    • Retail sales or customer service
