Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive value from our products and services. This role serves as the primary point of contact, identifies opportunities to support customer goals, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and renewals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Track account activity and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
