We are seeking an experienced
Inside Sales Professional to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, providing quotes and orders, and delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with experience selling physical products and a strong ability to build long-term customer relationships.

• Develop new business with manufacturers, fabricators, government agencies, and other customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotes, enter and confirm orders, and provide excellent customer service.
• Plan and prioritize daily and weekly sales activities to meet goals and targets.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and other internal departments.
• Stay informed about competitors, market trends, products, and new opportunities.
• Communicate timely information regarding pricing, delivery dates, customer feedback, and credit.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, industry classes, and workshops.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience selling physical products or equivalent sales experience.
• Professional sales training is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
