Installer For The Tailored Closet

As an Installer for The Tailored Closet, you will be responsible for the timely and mistake-free installation of a closet, garage, and office organization products and cabinetry for a given geographic territory.

Compensation includes base pay (biweekly), attainable bonuses, generous tips, additional referral incentives, annual performance review and potential pay increase.

Time off includes paid vacation (after 12 months) and paid holidays.

Work/life balance includes no weekends, no late nights, Monday through Friday: 7am - 3:30pm, additional overtime available (if preferred).

Responsibilities include installing closets, flooring, garage cabinetry, and other storage solutions in clients homes, taking precise measurements and explaining the process to clients, scheduling jobs & dispatching crews when appropriate, ensuring job quality is exceptional in all installations, communicating clearly and honestly with the customer, verbally and in writing, and working closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications include construction (preferred), valid driver's license, clean driving record, general construction knowledge, and ability to lift over 50 pounds.
