Your Employment Solutions is hiring a Truss Builder in Lindon, UT earning $19.50/hour with weekly pay every Friday. This is a steady Monday-Friday swing shift role building residential roof and floor trusses for construction projects. If you're comfortable with heavy physical work and want consistent hours with a reliable paycheck, this is the job for you.
What You'll Do- Build residential roof and floor trusses using hand tools and pneumatic equipment
- Stack and band finished trusses for shipment in the outdoor yard area
- Pull and move lumber and materials throughout the facility as needed
- Lift and position lumber pieces weighing 100+ pounds regularly
- Work with construction lumber, metal connector plates, and fastening systems
- Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols throughout production
- Collaborate with your crew to hit daily production goals
- Perform general yard duties including material handling and organization
- Personal framing hammer (28-32 oz)
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand and move continuously through a 10.5-hour shift
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Previous truss building experience
- Residential framing background
- Construction or manufacturing experience
Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Pay & Compensation$19.50 per hour, paid weekly every Friday
