Your Employment Solutions is hiring a Truss Builder in Lindon, UT earning $19.50/hour with weekly pay every Friday. This is a steady Monday-Friday swing shift role building residential roof and floor trusses for construction projects. • Build residential roof and floor trusses using hand tools and pneumatic equipment
• Stack and band finished trusses for shipment in the outdoor yard area
• Pull and move lumber and materials throughout the facility as needed
• Lift and position lumber pieces weighing 100+ pounds regularly
• Work with construction lumber, metal connector plates, and fastening systems
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols throughout production
• Collaborate with your crew to hit daily production goals
• Perform general yard duties including material handling and organization

• Personal framing hammer (28-32 oz)
• Ability to lift 100+ pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to stand and move continuously through a 10.5-hour shift
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Previous truss building experience
• Residential framing background
• Construction or manufacturing experience

Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM

$19.50 per hour, paid weekly every Friday
