Warehouse Associate

Headquarters located in Lindon, Utah.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare products for fulfillment and perform quality control inspections
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain safety and quality standards
• Maintain a fast pace in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Operate pallet jacks and assist with warehouse organization as needed
• Engrave rings on laser engraving equipment
• Work on your feet for the majority of your shift, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Adapt to varying warehouse temperatures (hot and cold environments)

• 2+ years of fulfillment experience (required)
• WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience preferred
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with Ship Station and Shopify
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Returns processing, engraving experience and forklift experience are a plus
• Must be self‑motivated, reliable, honest, and safety‑minded

• Monday–Friday, 8‑hour shifts
• Required to work Black Friday and week of Dec 15‑19 (no exceptions)
• Shift options: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
