Job DescriptionThis position will be required to operate powered industrial trucks such as forklifts, turret trucks, order pickers, ride‑on pallet jacks and scissor lifts. It is responsible for computer transactions in a variety of warehouse functions using multiple software systems. Duties include receiving products from suppliers and other locations and validating the accuracy of these shipments, transferring products to different areas throughout the fulfillment center, and palletizing items for safe, efficient transport to other distribution facilities around the world via air, ocean, and truck.
Shifts available: 6 am – 2:30 pm and 1:30 pm – 10 pm, Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibilities- Transact all inventory movements with a high level of accuracy.
- Material handling, including unloading inbound freight, loading outbound freight and parcel, sorting, and storing.
- Fulfill outbound shipping orders to dōTERRA customers and fulfillment centers.
- Fill internal requisitions or requests for inventory, supplies, or other stock items.
- Ensure all hazardous/dangerous goods guidelines are followed.
- Follow all safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
- Complete audits and assist with physical inventory counts.
- Transact and keep records of all activities and processes pertaining to the warehouse.
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager.
- Adhere to lean and 5S principles.
- Demonstrate a proficient understanding of all fulfillment center processes.
- Show eagerness to help in other fulfillment center departments when necessary.
- Some mandatory overtime may be required.
- Must pass onboarding training program and maintain minimum expectations.
- Participate in project improvement groups.
- Be an ambassador of dōTERRA culture at all times.
- During work hours, punctuality and time management are important.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient in English communication (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) for safety and other purposes.
- Forklift certified and ability to drive a forklift (this can be learned).
- Self‑motivated and hard working.
- Capable of finding work to do during any slow period of time.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 8 hours.
- Ability to work on your own and be efficient.
- Safety and quality conscious.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and processes.
- Basic computer skills including email, Excel, Word, etc.
