At Club 38 Fitness, we are committed to creating a welcoming, supportive, and motivating environment for our members. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team and help deliver an exceptional member experience.

• Welcome members and guests with a positive and qualified attitude.
• Check members into the facility and assist with account inquiries.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and general membership questions.
• Conduct tours of the gym for prospective members.
• Promote and sell memberships and gym services.
• Build relationships with members and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility.
• Assist with laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and stocking towels and supplies.
• Help set up, clean, and reset studios and equipment between classes.
• Support day-to-day front desk operations.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work independently as well as being a team player.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or fitness is preferred but not required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
