Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Right at Home is seeking an in‑office Scheduler to support our clients and caregivers in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven home care environment. This role ensures clients receive consistent, high‑quality care by coordinating schedules, supporting caregiver onboarding, and maintaining accurate client and employee files.
* Must have at least 2 years of experience in the senior care industry.
- Build and manage caregiver schedules
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills and needs
- Assist with client care plans and file management
- Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
- Monitor attendance
- Cover shifts when needed
- Participate in on‑call rotation for urgent scheduling needs
- 2+ years senior care industry experience (required)
- Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High school diploma
- Comfortable with office technology and scheduling software
- In‑office role, 25–40 hours/week
- Hourly position with set office hours
- Occasional after‑hours support for urgent scheduling
