Business Analyst
The Associate Product Manager is a trusted, collaborative, and detail-oriented contributor responsible for supporting product strategy execution and lifecycle management. This role partners closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to bring products to market and drive business performance. The Associate Product Manager owns a small portfolio of studio partners, with responsibility for day-to-day management of those relationships and product lines while developing toward full product ownership.
Whatwill your role involve
- Support execution and maintenance of product roadmaps aligned to company strategy
- Fully own a defined subset of studio partners and their product portfolios
- Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle for assigned studios, including setup, data, and end-of-life planning
- Build and maintain relationships with assigned studio partners
- Analyze financial metrics (revenue, margin, inventory) and provide insights
- Monitor business trends and translate data into recommendations
- Research and support product selection to maintain a balanced assortment
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and forecasting to support product success
- Support preparation of presentations and reporting
- Identify risks and elevate as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and contribute to actionable insights
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
- Ability to build relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in retail buying, category management, or merchandise planning

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000.
