With over 30 years at the forefront of advanced machining, we specialize in Design for Manufacturability and Development services for the medical device industry and are hiring for a CNC Machinist! We're proud to deliver high-quality, precision components, and that means we rely on a team that's committed, skilled, and ready to take ownership beyond a typical machining role.

Schedule: 1st shift; M-F 7a-4p

Pay: $30-$40/hr (not including bonuses!)

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot complex multi-axis CNC machines.
• Perform setups and operate equipment to ensure part quality and process stability
• Develop and optimize machining strategies, including tooling, feeds/speeds, and cycle times
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement solutions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards in a regulated, precision-driven environment (medical device preferred)

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of setting up jobs independently with strong machining skills.
• Proficient with blueprint reading and GD&T familiarity.
• Skilled in using a variety of hand tools and inspection equipment
• Ability to make offsets and adjustments to ensure part quality
• Experience with ONE the following platforms is required:
• Lathe/Mill Turn:
  Mazak 100, 200, Integrex i-150
