Molin Concrete Products Co. is hiring a UNION Production Laborer for our Lino Lakes, MN facility. The role supports assembly of beams, columns and panel beds on-site, following blueprints and safety rules. You will join a Local 563 union team with standard wages and benefits under the CBA.
Hours are Monday–Friday with first and second shifts; emphasis on precision, safety, and teamwork in a manufacturing environment. Welding exposure is welcomed and training provided as needed.
