RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor
Full time-AM
Pay Range: $39.00-$41.00 DOQ

Responsibilities- Lead our care team to ensure high quality service is provided to our residents and their families
- Complete pre-screens and assessments on new and current residents
- Follow up to physician’s orders
- Work in partnership with Assisted Living Director and community relations to complete admissions and readmissions
- Provide on‑going training to staff
- Maintain our clinical system and ensure data entry is complete and accurate
- Ensure survey readiness at all times
- Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and kind manner
- Assist residents with dementia or related diagnoses
- Perform additional tasks as needed
- Current Nurse licensure for the state of Minnesota
- Able to critically think and problem solve
- Experience in assisted living and memory care is a plus
- Strong leadership skills
