Health Partners North Suburban Family Physicians is seeking a Triage RN for a .80 FTE position based at the Lino Lakes clinic, with potential coverage at Roseville or Hugo clinics. You will perform triage using EMR protocols, provide comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, delegate tasks, supervise functions, and educate patients and staff to support safe, high-quality care.
Workdays are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday with start times between 7:45am and 8:30am and end between 4:15pm
