You must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable car to qualify for this position. The cleaner will be cleaning two banks that are less than a 10 minute drive apart. In addition to cleaning duties, these banks require an extensive background check that can take up to 1–3 weeks. The cleaner will need to be comfortable disarming and arming an alarm.
Training will be provided during the first week of the job.
- Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable driving in winter conditions
- THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
- You must be 18 years old.
- For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check is required.

As a condition of employment for this position, you are required to become a member of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 26. Union membership and dues authorization must be completed upon hire. The terms and conditions of your employment are governed by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Compensation and benefits for this role are negotiated between SEIU Local 26 and the Company.
