ResponsibilitiesThe Building Concierge ensures the cleanliness, appearance, and overall functionality of a three-story office building. This role conducts ongoing inspections of all interior and exterior areas to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. In addition to facility oversight, the Building Concierge provides front desk coverage and guest support as needed, serving as a friendly and reliable point of contact within the building.
IdealCandidate
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a professional environment. They will be self‑motivated, dependable, and proactive in identifying and addressing building or tenant needs. Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced commercial setting while maintaining accuracy and professionalism is essential. The ability to respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow safety and security procedures is required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, are necessary. Basic computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other databases is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, building attendance, janitorial, or a similar role.
