Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable, customer‑focused Parking Guest Ambassador to help manage parking operations and support guests throughout their parking experience. This position is essential to maintaining efficient traffic flow, maximizing parking capacity, and delivering outstanding service to all customers.
Job PurposeTo effectively coordinate and oversee parking operations in a designated area by directing traffic, monitoring parking activity, assisting guests, enforcing parking regulations, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑managed environment.
Key Responsibilities- Direct incoming and outgoing vehicles to available parking spaces using clear hand signals and verbal instructions
- Monitor parking lots to ensure efficient space usage and prevent congestion
- Enforce parking rules, including time limits and prohibited parking areas
- Respond to customer questions about parking availability, directions, and regulations
- Assist customers with parking‑related issues (lost tickets, lockouts, etc.)
- Communicate regularly with parking team members to ensure smooth operations
- Operate parking equipment, including gates, ticket dispensers, and payment systems
- Prepare reports on parking occupancy, revenue, and incident activity
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure the safety and security of parking facilities

Required Education
:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Experience
:
- Minimum of one year of experience in dispatching, customer service or a related field.
- Experience handling high-volume phone calls and radio communications.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
