Lead Teacher – Preschool
The Goddard School of Linthicum is seeking a strong and energetic Lead Teacher for our preschool classroom. The position offers competitive salary, hands‑on training, continued classroom support, and a generous benefits package.

- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field preferred.
- Minimum of 90 clock‑hour coursework for Preschool Age Group: 45 clock hours for growth and development and 45 clock hours for preschool methods and materials.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Preschool.
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) training.
- Basic Health and Safety certification with annual updates for 2023 and 2024.
- CPR / First Aid certification.
- 9‑hour communications course.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a preschool classroom in a licensed childcare center.
