Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex engineering substation projects, ensuring they meet client and internal performance indicators. Maintain schedule and budget performance, enhance project profitability, and foster strong client relationships. Conduct quality control of technical designs, supervise and mentor engineering team members, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, maintain accurate fee revenue forecasts, and align engineering practices with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Participate in sales calls and client presentations to showcase company expertise.
Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing substation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience managing engineering projects.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Project management experience: cost, budget, schedule, site walk coordination.
- Resides near Baltimore, MD.
