Northrop Grumman is seeking a Continuous Improvement Mission Assurance Engineer based in Linthicum, MD. In this role, you will lead end-to-end improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six-Sigma, and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, or equivalent education. Responsibilities include conducting root-cause analysis, developing KPIs, and mentoring junior team members.

Competitive salary range is $184,100 - $276,100 annually.
