It is strongly recommended that candidates already have an active SIDA badge to be able to work at the airport.

• Ambassador and Terminal Support monitors must assist and answer questions from all customers at the airport.
• Provide operational assistance to departments in the airport.
• Detect and report any issues with building conditions, broken equipment, etc.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Extremely outgoing individuals with great customer service and leadership skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate to all customers well.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles per shift).
• Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
