We are supporting a high-growth professional services company in hiring a Financial Reporting Manager to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end close processes for a multi-entity environment.
Responsibilities:- Lead preparation and analysis of monthly financials and executive reporting
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts
- Drive annual budget consolidation and variance analysis
- Partner with finance leadership across domestic and international teams
- Contribute to ERP and reporting system modernization initiatives
- 5+ years’ experience in finance or accounting
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong Excel skills; ERP/reporting tools a plus
- Background in public accounting or large corporate environments preferred
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive
