Principal Program Cost Control Analyst (PCA)

- Provide program planning and financial control support across Airborne Multifunction Sensors (AMS), Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability (MSTS), and Navigation, Intelligence & Connectivity (NIS) divisions.
- Interface with program managers, functional management, cost account managers, and business managers to deliver financial support and analysis.
- Prepare budgets, schedules, funding profiles, sales outlooks, cash forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Monitor contract costs and schedules, performing Earned Value Management tasks such as WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis, and visibility reporting.
- Generate reports to ensure contracts comply with government cost control guidelines and manage expenditures.
- Support audits, reviews, annual operating plans, resource plans, and long‑range strategic plans; prepare financial inputs for internal reports and presentations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related professional experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years of related professional experience.
- Experience with Earned Value Management.
- Experience with financial systems, including cost performance reporting and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
- Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
- Current active DoD Secret security clearance or higher.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with COBRA, COGNOS, SAP.
- Health Plan, Savings Plan, Paid Time Off, Education Assistance, Training, and Development.
- 9/80 Work Schedule (where available).
- Salary range: $89,900 – $134,900 (plus potential overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus).
