• Provide program planning and financial control support across Airborne Multifunction Sensors (AMS), Multidomain Sensing, Targeting and Survivability (MSTS), and Navigation, Intelligence & Connectivity (NIS) divisions.
• Interface with program managers, functional management, cost account managers, and business managers to deliver financial support and analysis.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, funding profiles, sales outlooks, cash forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Monitor contract costs and schedules, performing Earned Value Management tasks such as WBS development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis, and visibility reporting.
• Generate reports to ensure contracts comply with government cost control guidelines and manage expenditures.
• Support audits, reviews, annual operating plans, resource plans, and long‑range strategic plans; prepare financial inputs for internal reports and presentations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related professional experience, or Master’s degree with 3 years of related professional experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management.
• Experience with financial systems, including cost performance reporting and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
• Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
• Current active DoD Secret security clearance or higher.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with COBRA, COGNOS, SAP.

• Salary range: $89,900 – $134,900 (plus potential overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus).
