Teller I or II- On Site

Summary of Primary Functions

• Under supervision promote credit union products and services to members by telephone or in person.
• Provide counsel to new and existing members regarding credit union services, emphasizing current promotions.
• Perform assigned member transactions as required.
• Support other departments up to 75% of time, including inbound and outbound member service phone calls.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of previous member service experience, preferably with a credit union or bank.
• Ability to resolve routine member inquiries.
• Responsible for teller tasks such as receiving and disbursing funds in accordance with credit union policies and procedures.
• Process mail transactions and authorized account changes.
• Demonstrated record of working within established guidelines, managing multiple tasks, and attending to defined priorities.

Compensation and job title are commensurate with experience and may fall under the following pay ranges:

• Teller I − $20.00 /hr to $20.99 /hr
• Teller II − $20.83 /hr to $23.00 /hr
