Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Rates & Budgets Manager 1 to lead a Material Finance budget team supporting Global Supply Chain indirect budgets and overhead rates. This onsite role reports to the Facilities Overhead Rates manager and partners with the GSC VP to monitor receipts vs. plan.
You will develop indirect budgets, analyze major categories, ensure timely reports, and explain variances. Strong DoD budgeting knowledge, CAS exposure, and travel ability are expected.
