What You’ll Do  Consult with clients to determine the best extension solution for their goals    Install, maintain, and remove professional hair extension systems    Perform custom color matching and blending    Educate clients on proper extension care and maintenance    Document formulas and extension details for future appointments    Create exceptional guest experiences that build long-term loyalty

What We’re Looking For  Active cosmetology license    3+ years of professional salon experience    Certified or experienced in one or more extension methods    Strong portfolio of extension transformations    Excellent attention to detail    Strong consultation and relationship-building skills

Preferred Experience  Hand-tied wefts    Tape-in extensions    Keratin bond extensions    Invisible bead or sew-in methods    Color matching and extension customization
