We are seeking an experienced Esthetician to join our growing team in Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a skincare professional who is committed to delivering results-driven treatments, building a loyal clientele, and providing an elevated guest experience.

What You’ll Do  Perform customized skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, and other advanced esthetic services    Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses to develop personalized treatment plans    Educate clients on skincare products, treatments, and home care routines    Recommend professional retail products to support client goals and treatment outcomes    Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care    Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards according to Maryland state regulations    Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education opportunities    Collaborate with the salon team to create a seamless and luxurious guest experience

What We’re Looking For  Current Maryland Esthetician License    2+ years of professional esthetics experience preferred    Experience performing advanced skincare treatments and services    Strong consultation, communication, and client retention skills    Passion for skincare, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals    Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude    Motivation to grow both personally and professionally
