Patient Intake & Enrollment Specialist

This role blends customer service, consultative communication, and inside sales skills to support patients while achieving performance goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary contact for new patient inquiries from referrals, marketing campaigns, and web activity
  • Conduct high‑volume inbound and outbound calls to educate and schedule new patients
  • Use consultative communication to identify needs and match patients with appropriate services
  • Maintain and track leads in CRM systems for follow‑up and conversion
  • Re‑engage inactive prospects through calls, emails, and outreach campaigns
  • Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, authorizations, and referrals
  • Educate patients on program expectations with empathy and clarity
  • Ensure accurate demographic and insurance data entry
  • Collaborate with marketing, corporate, and clinic teams to improve conversion workflows
  • Participate in coaching, call reviews, and skill development
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Minimum 1 year in inside sales, call center, patient intake, or phone‑based customer roles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with insurance verification or healthcare benefits
